My name is Andrea, and I am a personal trainer specializing in glute development, strength training, and body recomposition.

My focus is on helping clients build strong, functional, and balanced bodies while improving confidence, posture, and overall health.

I create personalized, structured training programs based on each client’s goals, experience level, and lifestyle. My coaching emphasizes proper form, progressive overload, and intentional training to ensure long term, sustainable results.

I work with beginners to advanced clients, supporting goals such as glute growth, fat loss, muscle building, and full body transformation. My specialty is lower body and glute focused training designed to enhance strength, shape, and symmetry while maintaining overall body balance and injury prevention.

I am bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing me to connect with and support a diverse range of clients. My mission is to help clients build strength, confidence, and discipline not only in the gym, but in their everyday lives.
